Abstract

The study of gender and justice from a theoretical and practical point of view covers various aspects, including gender differences, gender equality justice, special issues experienced by women, stages of the process to reduce gender injustice, the elimination of forms of injustice stemming from gender differences, and the application of gender analysis in the context of various forms of problems. The purpose of this research is to gain insights that can be practiced in efforts to overcome gender injustice in daily life. The method used in this study is an exploratory-oriented qualitative research method that seeks to analyze research problems from reading sources by applying content analysis. Researchers use qualitative research to review the results of previous research and to interpret a phenomenon scientifically. Data collection techniques are carried out through documentation techniques from various journals, proceedings, online news, and relevant books. The results of this study show that there is a better understanding of gender differences and justice. The conclusion of this study is that with a better understanding of gender justice, it will be possible to build a harmonious and peaceful society between all individuals regardless of gender equality. The limitation in this study is the lack of availability of data to analyze how culture and religion affect gender justice. The researcher’s hope for future researchers is to be able to develop more related to gender studies and justice in the perspective of theory and practice.
