This study aims to examine and evaluate how Sharia-based ethical and procedural principles—namely Procedural Obedience, Tabayyun (verification), and Collective Gratitude—function in resolving institutional conflict and strengthening accountability within the implementation of the MBG Program. Employing a qualitative case study approach, this research was conducted at the Mutiara Islam Cileungsi Foundation, where individual interventions nearly invalidated the cooperation agreement with the Kitchen Provider (SPPG). Data were collected through document analysis, including memoranda of understanding, meeting minutes, and questionnaires, and were analyzed thematically using a framework integrating Sharia principles with the Program and Educational Evaluation (PEP) perspective. The results show that individual intervention constituted a violation of Procedural Obedience, particularly MOU Point 7, while public anxiety (khīfah) was effectively addressed through institutional Tabayyun via SLHS verification. The findings further indicate that conflict resolution was successfully achieved through Musyawarah (Syura), emphasizing Collective Gratitude, as reflected in 89.44% of students expressing agreement with the resolution outcome. This study implies that the sustainability and effectiveness of public programs depend on strict ethical discipline and procedural compliance. Sharia principles offer a robust normative foundation for PEP in strengthening transparency, restoring public trust, and promoting collective welfare in public policy implementation.
Suhendi Suhendi, A. This study aims to examine differences in the digital literacy levels of secondary school principals based on age, gender, school organizer status, school location, frequency of ICT training, and availability of ICT facilities. A comparative quantitative approach was employed using area-proportional random sampling. The population consisted of 188 high school principals in Klaten Regency and Surakarta City, with 30 principals selected as the research sample. Instrument validity was tested using product-moment correlation, and data were analyzed using a t-test at a 5% significance level. The results reveal that age has a significant effect on principals’ digital literacy, with younger principals demonstrating higher levels (sig = 0.00). In contrast, no significant differences were found based on gender (sig = 0.265), school organizer status, public or private (sig = 0.109), or school location, urban or rural (sig = 0.442). Although principals who attended ICT training 1–2 times per year showed higher literacy levels, the difference was not statistically significant (sig = 0.852). Likewise, the availability of ICT-supportive facilities did not significantly influence digital literacy levels (sig = 0.650). These findings suggest that age remains the dominant factor influencing principals’ digital literacy, while institutional and contextual factors show limited impact.
Ridwan Hanafi, Dwi Esti Andriani, La Ode Muhammad Zuhdi Mulkiyan Copyright (c) 2025 Ridwan Hanafi, Dwi Esti Andriani, La Ode Muhammad Zuhdi Mulkiyan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal.uinmybatusangkar.ac.id/ojs/index.php/alfikrah/article/view/16089 Wed, 31 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Community-Based Education Management Development Model in Islamic Education Institutions https://ejournal.uinmybatusangkar.ac.id/ojs/index.php/alfikrah/article/view/16323
The development of a community-based education management model is not an entity separate from its community. On the contrary, Islamic educational institutions should be an integral part of society and responsive to the needs and aspirations of the community. This study aims to analyze the community-based management model in the development of Islamic educational institutions. The research method used in this study is library research. The results show that the community-based education management model is an approach in managing educational institutions that emphasizes the active role of the community in decision-making, program implementation, and evaluation of educational outcomes. The application of this model in developing Islamic educational institutions can be carried out through: community participation, involving parents in children's education activities, integrating local values and religion in the curriculum, partnerships with local communities by involving them in developing educational programs, community-based curricula through collaboration among various educational institutions, and continuous evaluation. This model is expected to serve as a foundation for the effective and efficient management of Islamic educational institutions that can address increasingly complex challenges.
Agus Waluyo, Jasiah Jasiah, Aram Hakobyan Copyright (c) 2025 Agus Waluyo, Jasiah Jasiah, Aram Hakobyan https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal.uinmybatusangkar.ac.id/ojs/index.php/alfikrah/article/view/16323 Wed, 31 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700 Developing E-Module in Writing Narrative Text Integrated Short Movie for Students Adzkia University https://ejournal.uinmybatusangkar.ac.id/ojs/index.php/alfikrah/article/view/16049
This study discusses the low ability of students in writing narrative texts, the limited use of e-modules in learning, and the low interest and motivation of students in writing narrative texts. This study aims to develop an e-module for writing narrative texts based on short film media that meets the criteria of validity, practicality, and effectiveness as teaching materials for Indonesian Language Education students at Adzkia University. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with a 4D development model that includes the stages of define, design, develop, and disseminate. Data were collected through expert validation questionnaires (media, language, and materials), practicality questionnaires, and effectiveness test instruments. The validation results show that the e-module is in the very valid category with a percentage of media feasibility of 82.6%, language 87.5%, and material 90%. The practicality test shows very practical results based on the assessment of lecturers (90%) and students (87%). The effectiveness test shows an average value of student learning outcomes of 85.7% which is included in the very effective category. Thus, the e-module for writing narrative texts based on short film media is declared suitable for use as teaching materials to support learning to write narrative texts for Indonesian Language Education students at Adzkia University.
Zherry Putria Yanti, Syahrul R, Mukhaiyar Mukhaiyar Copyright (c) 2025 Zherry Putria Yanti, Syahrul R, Mukhaiyar Mukhaiyar https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-sa/4.0 https://ejournal.uinmybatusangkar.ac.id/ojs/index.php/alfikrah/article/view/16049 Sun, 28 Dec 2025 00:00:00 +0700
