This study aims to analyze and design a web-based information system for tracking reading activities, named "Read Habit," by integrating gamification principles with personal reading logs. The research methodology follows the Research and Development (R&D) framework, strictly focusing on requirement analysis and system design phases without external field testing. The system is modeled using Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) through Unified Modeling Language (UML) notation. The core features designed include a virtual plant evolution module that expands based on daily reading progression, a consistency tracker calendar, a digital book rack organizational component, and a personal reading journal for key excerpts. The structural design maps all functional requirements into a relational database schema and single-page dashboard interface wireframes. The study is motivated by the importance of libraries as information institutions that not only provide collections but also ensure accessibility and user-friendly services for diverse communities. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews with librarians and library users, and documentation of inclusive service facilities available in the library. The findings indicate that the library has provided various accessibility facilities, such as ramps and Braille collections, supported by librarians who actively assist users in accessing information and library services. The utilization of inclusive services is predominantly related to physical accessibility facilities rather than Braille collections. In addition, several challenges remain, particularly regarding digital services that have not yet fully accommodated the needs of users with disabilities. The study reveals that the success of inclusive library services is influenced not only by the availability of physical facilities but also by the quality of librarian assistance, technological support, and the library’s ability to respond to users’ needs. The focus of this study is to determine the patterns of students' information-seeking behavior and the obstacles they face in utilizing the library's digital collections. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles and Huberman model, which includes data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results show that students' information-seeking behavior follows the stages of the Ellis model, which include starting, chaining, browsing, monitoring, accessing, differentiating, extracting, verifying, networking, and information managing. In the starting stage, students begin searching through the library website, e-library applications, search engines, and information from librarians. In the chaining and browsing stages, students utilize references, keywords, and categories to narrow search results. The accessing stage shows that students have used digital collections, but still experience obstacles such as limited access, internet connection, and collections that are not fully available. In the differentiating, extracting, and verifying stages, students begin selecting, processing, and ensuring the accuracy of information. In the networking and information managing stages, students discuss with peers and store information for academic purposes. This research is motivated by the importance of preservation activities, particularly temperature control, in maintaining the sustainability of library materials so that they are not easily damaged by environmental factors and can be utilized in the long term by the community. The research problem is how temperature control is implemented as part of library material preservation activities and the obstacles faced at the Regional Public Library of Lima Puluh Kota Regency. This study aims to describe the implementation of temperature control in the preservation of library materials and to identify the obstacles in its application. The method used is qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Data were obtained through interviews with the head librarian, librarians, and library users, direct observation of the condition of the collection rooms, and documentation of preservation activities. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results show that temperature control is carried out through the use of ventilation, fans, and air conditioning to maintain the stability of the collection room temperature as a preventive effort, supported by curative activities such as routine cleaning, book covering, and collection repair. Penelitian ini memfokuskan pada pelaksanaan kegiatan literasi rutin sebelum pembelajaran serta dampaknya terhadap minat baca, pemahaman bacaan, kebiasaan membaca, dan penguasaan kosakata siswa. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengkaji peran guru, respons siswa, serta faktor pendukung dan penghambat dalam pelaksanaan program. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gerakan Literasi 15 Menit telah dilaksanakan secara rutin dan memberikan kontribusi positif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi siswa. Siswa menunjukkan peningkatan minat baca, pemahaman isi bacaan, pengayaan kosakata, serta kesiapan belajar sebelum pembelajaran dimulai. Information literacy is an essential competence for students in accessing, understanding, and utilizing information effectively, particularly to support the learning process. This study aims to describe the role of the school library in providing information literacy needs for eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Lintau Buo and to identify the obstacles encountered in its implementation. This research employed a qualitative approach with a descriptive method. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The research informants consisted of librarians and eleventh-grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Lintau Buo. Data analysis was carried out through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Data validity was ensured by applying source triangulation, time triangulation, and technique triangulation. The results indicate that the library of SMA Negeri 1 Lintau Buo has played a role in fulfilling students’ information literacy needs through the provision of collections, facilities, and library services. The library also supports the development of reading interest, creativity, intellectual intelligence, as well as students’ emotional and spiritual aspects. However, the utilization of the library remains largely focused on academic needs and the completion of school assignments. The obstacles identified include limited facilities and infrastructure, insufficient non-academic reading collections, low student reading interest, and the lack of well-planned and sustainable literacy programs. Permasalahan masih ditemukan pada rendahnya literasi membaca sebagian siswa, pemanfaatan koleksi yang belum maksimal, serta pelaksanaan dan pemantauan kegiatan literasi yang belum optimal sehingga memengaruhi efektivitas program literasi di sekolah.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perpustakaan sekolah memiliki peran signifikan dalam meningkatkan literasi membaca siswa. Pemanfaatan koleksi bacaan dan pelaksanaan kegiatan literasi, seperti membaca bersama, diskusi isi bacaan, dan ekstrakurikuler literasi, mampu menumbuhkan minat baca, meningkatkan pemahaman teks, membiasakan kebiasaan membaca, serta mengembangkan keterampilan literasi siswa secara menyeluruh. Kendala yang ditemui antara lain rendahnya minat membaca sebagian siswa, keterbatasan waktu, dan pemantauan kegiatan literasi yang belum optimal. Keberhasilan kegiatan literasi di perpustakaan didukung oleh peran aktif guru, pustakawan, dan dukungan sekolah. Employing a mixed-methods approach with a sequential triangulation design, data were gathered through digital questionnaires from 27 active cadres across 18 districts, supplemented by focus group discussions (FGD). Quantitative analysis using the Guttman Scale revealed that the organizational engagement rate was exceptionally high at 98.15%. Concurrently, Likert Scale analysis indicated that the psychological well-being index of the cadres fell into the high category with a mean score of 2.69, where the purpose in life and daily happiness emerged as the strongest indicators. Qualitative thematic analysis confirmed that recreation-based religious activities serve as inclusive and effective stress decompression spaces for Gen Z, acting as a vital secondary support system. In conclusion, active organizational involvement significantly contributes to strengthening adolescents' psychological resilience against academic stress. Social media, particularly Instagram, has become an effective means of disseminating information, promoting collections, and building interactions with users. This study aims to analyze the use of Instagram and the obstacles faced in using it as a promotional medium at the Solok City Public Library. The study used a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation of Instagram content. The results show that Instagram is used for service promotion, information dissemination, activity publication, and the delivery of educational content. The use of visual and interactive features helps expand the reach of information to the public. However, there are obstacles such as limited human resources, lack of creativity in content development, and low audience interaction. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pemustaka dan pustakawan, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Penentuan informan penelitian menggunakan teknik snowball sampling, dengan penyamaran identitas informan untuk menjaga kerahasiaan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya keragaman pengalaman dan pemahaman pemustaka dalam menggunakan OPAC. Ditinjau dari proses fisik, tampilan OPAC dinilai sederhana, jelas, dan mudah dipahami. Dari proses fisiologis, OPAC membantu pemustaka dalam menelusuri informasi secara lebih cepat dan efisien. Namun demikian, masih ditemukan beberapa kendala dalam pemanfaatan OPAC, antara lain keterbatasan perangkat, ketidakstabilan jaringan internet, serta ketidaksesuaian antara data yang tercantum pada OPAC dengan kondisi koleksi yang tersedia di rak. Selain itu, dari aspek psikologis, sebagian pemustaka belum terbiasa menggunakan OPAC dan masih mengalami kebingungan pada tahap awal penggunaan. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, pustakawan melakukan berbagai upaya, seperti memberikan pendampingan langsung, arahan penggunaan OPAC, serta membantu pemustaka dalam proses penelusuran informasi. Pemustaka juga mulai membiasakan diri menggunakan OPAC sebagai sarana utama dalam menemukan koleksi.
