It also provides an important role in promoting the process of knowledge, values and skills. Scientific texts that discuss the topics of Islamic management and Islamic business. This journal warmly welcomes the contributions of scientists and experts in the fields of Islamic Economics, Sharia Business Management and Sharia Management. This publication was made as an interactive journal, not an electronic version of traditional print publications. The journal is published periodically twice a year, i.e., every March (first edition) and September (second edition). https://ejournal.uinmybatusangkar.ac.id/ojs/index.php/mabis/article/view/16008 <p><em>This study aims to assess the effectiveness of Total Quality Management (TQM) in the manufacturing process at PT Mitra Alam Segar Pasuruan and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors, as well as their impact on production efficiency and quality. The research method employed is qualitative research with a descriptive case study approach. The informants in this study consisted of 30 individuals, including management, production supervisors, and operational employees. Data collection techniques involved observation, interviews, and documentation. The interview instruments were designed according to TQM principles, namely continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and employee participation. The collected information was processed through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The research findings indicate that the implementation of TQM at PT Mitra Alam Segar Pasuruan has been partially effective due to management's commitment to the concept, a culture of open communication, and continuous training. However, there are still obstacles such as employee resistance and a lack of inter-departmental coordination. A qualitative approach was employed using data collection techniques including in-depth interviews and direct observation. The findings identify ten types of risks, which are classified into six main categories: production and design, marketing and services, finance, procurement and logistics, general management, and technology and systems. Each risk was assessed based on its likelihood and potential impact, and subsequently mapped into a risk matrix consisting of low, medium, and high risk levels. The results indicate that three risks fall into the low-risk category, two into the medium-risk category, and five into the high-risk category requiring priority attention. This risk mapping serves as the basis for determining appropriate risk management strategies, including risk avoidance, transfer, mitigation, acceptance, exploitation, sharing, and enhancement. This research is a bibliometric analysis of systematic literature using VOSviewer with a scientific citation index derived from Science Direct. Based on several phases of systematic review methods, this study obtained 20 important references from the indicated journals ranging from 2020 to 2025. The study also examined the journals involved as well as the number of citations from contributing authors and countries. This study found that the Heliyon journal is the journal that discusses the most about purchase intention in halal food products. In terms of authors, the highest number of citations belongs to Naem Akhtar. This shows that his contribution to academic implementation is quite large. As for the country of origin of researchers, China is the most dominant country of origin of researchers followed by other Asian countries in the top position. Thus, there are opportunities for further research in halal food purchase intention. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a survey of 100 active MSME players in Indonesia who have been running their businesses for at least two years and utilize digital technology in one aspect of their operations. Data analysis was conducted using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) using SmartPLS 4.0. The results show that financial literacy, entrepreneurial orientation, and access to capital have a positive and significant effect on MSME performance. Entrepreneurial orientation contributes the most, followed by financial literacy and access to capital. In addition, digital technology was found to mediate the relationship between these three independent variables and MSME performance, strengthening the internal contribution of businesses to increasing competitiveness. These findings confirm that digitalization is not merely an additional tool, but functions as a strategic catalyst in strengthening MSME performance. The research was conducted using a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 97 consumers of Uncu Thriffting Store in Padang Panjang. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression with SPSS version 27. The results indicate that social customer engagement and product quality have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchase intention, both partially and simultaneously. The coefficient of determination (R²) value of 72.1% shows that the two independent variables can explain the variation in purchase intention, while 27.9% is influenced by other factors outside the study.
