THE USE OF E-LEARNING BY TEACHERS IN TEACHING AND LEARNING PROCESS
Abstract
E-Learning is learning innovation as well as an alternative solution for the development of studentÔÇÖs needs, educators, and education personnel. Teachers need to be able to master the concept, plan and implement E-Learning design. Of course, the useof E-Learning needs certain skill from its users. The problem is lied down on the lack of teacherÔÇÖs competence in utilizing E-learning because they are accostumed to use classical system. As a result, students and college students are not able to use E-learning well. Library research and some relevant studies related with E-Learning are used to describe the use of E-Learning by teachers in teaching and learning process.┬á
