TEKNIK ÔÇ£JOURNALINGÔÇØ DALAM KONSELING
Abstract
Everyone in his life canÔÇÖt be separated from various problems, and want to be free from the problem. In problem solving, sometimes not everyone is able to address the problem directly to others (parents, relatives, friends, teachers and or counselors). To assist such individuals, in counseling known as "JournalingÔÇØ techniques. Journaling techniques can be utilized by a counselor in the implementation of counseling to reveal, deepen, understand, interpretation and assess and follow up the problems experienced by individuals. ÔÇ£Journaling TechniquesÔÇØ provide the freedom to individual expression of thoughts, feelings and behaviors experienced with the aim of reducing and even solving the burden of the problem experienced. From the results of research that has been conducted on the fourth semester students selected random in the faculty Tarbiyah known, from 100 students only two people who do not express their thoughts, feelings and behavior. Of the students who said that 97% feel relieved or feel free from the problems they experienced.
