PEMAHAMAN SISWA TERHADAP BIMBINGAN DAN KONSELING DI SEKOLAH

Abstract

Guidance and counseling activities are carried out by counselors who are professional and truly experts in their fields. However, students' wrong understanding of guidance and counseling sometimes causes negative perceptions of counseling at school, causing students to be afraid when dealing with counseling. In fact, guidance and counseling services are guided services by professionals toward a person or group of individuals for the development of effective daily life and the handling of disrupted effective daily lives with an independent personal focus that is able to control itself through the implementation of various types of services and supporting activities in learning process. So, in that case BK's teacher as the executor of BK's services in school must have special attention in this matter, and it will be a challenge for BK's teachers to be able to change the negative perceptions of students through providing various types of guidance and counseling services.
