PEMANFAATAN KULIT JERUK NIPIS SEBAGAI ALTERNATIF HAND SANITIZER
Abstract
Research has been conducted on the use of lime peel as an alternative to hand sanitizer. Lime skin is abundant rubbish in various regions. Therefore, the processing of lime skin as a product that is useful in everyday life. Lime peel contains essential oils that are useful as an antibacterial and in the pharmaceutical world used as a cleanser. Therefore, to get the optimal formula as a hand sanitizer or antiseptic gel, lime skin is used. And testing the content of metabolites contained in lime peel as an alternative to hand sanitizer is done by testing alkanoids, flavonoids, saponins, polyphenols and triterpenoids.References
