STRATEGI PERBAIKAN KINERJA PEGAWAI MELALUI PENDIDIKAN DAN LATIHAN DI PT. BPRS HAJI MISKIN PANDAI SIKEK

Abstract

Penelitian ini ingin mengungkap kondisi objektif penerapan strategi perbaikan kinerja pegawai melalui pendidikan dan latihan di PT. BPRS Haji Miskin Pandai Sikek. Kondisi tersebut diungkap melalui observasi wawancara  dan dokumen. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa materi pendidikan dan latihan memberikan perbaikan untuk kinerja pegawai PT. BPRS Haji Miskin Pandai Sikek, metode yang digunakan dalam pendidikan dan latihan juga memberikan hasil yang efektif dan efisien untuk kinerja pegawai PT. BPRS Haji Miskin Pandai Sikek. Sedangakn evaluasi terhadap pegawai yang  telah mengikuti pendidikan dan latihan juga memberikan perbaika kinerja pegawai di PT. BPRS Haji Miskin Pandai Sikek.
