HUBUNGAN KOMPENSASI FINANSIAL DAN NON-FINANSIALDENGAN KEINGINAN KELUAR GURU SDIT DI BATUSANGKAR
Abstract
Education plays a key role in the intellectual life of a nation. Teachers are the main players to improve education. In the self a teacher can show a variety of desires, the desire to remain working in the same place or relocate to a place that feels more fun or desire to move out. Two of these desires is a continuation of the relationship of compensation received by a teacher both financially and non-financially. The total compensation received by teachers if they perceived inadequate then the teachers will feel aggrieved, otherwise if compensation received has been as it should be then the teachers will feel appreciated so that later the teachers could grow a high sense of the school as an organization where he works and would willing to give time, thought and effort more than is standardized by the school. This can avoid the intentions in the hearts of the teachers to resign or out of work.
