PENINGKATAN HASIL BELAJAR TEMATIK PADA TEMA LINGKUNGAN PADA MATERI SUMBER ENERGI GERAK MELALUI METODE PICTURE AND PICTURE DI KELAS I SDN 38 TIGO JANGKO KECAMATAN LINTAU BUO

Abstract

The research problem was the low studentsÔǃ capacity and activity in thematic
material Sumber Energi Gerak in the first grade at SDN 38 Tigo Jangko due to
conventional lecture method. Therefore it needed an innovative teaching which is
attractive, such as picture and picture method. This research was a Classroom Action
Research (CAR). The research procedure consisted of planning, implementation,
observation and reflection. The research data obtained through writing test and
observation sheet. Subjects were students of class I of the school year 2015/2016 as
many as 26 people. The research shows that learning outcomes of thematic material
Sumber Energi Gerak in the first grade at SDN 38 Tigo Jangko with picture and
picture methods increases by 92%. TeacherÔǃs activities for the last cycle increased to
91%. StudentsÔǃ activity increased to 93%. Analysis of experimental data showed that
the method of picture and picture can improve thematic learning outcomes with the
theme Lingkungan specifically Sumber Energi Gerak in the first grade at SDN 38
Tigo Jangko Lintau Buo Subdistrict.
