PENINGKATAN KOMPETENSI GURU DALAM MENGGUNAKAN LINGKUNGAN SEBAGAI SUMBER BELAJAR MELALUI BIMBINGAN KEPALA SEKOLAH DI SDN 47 PANGIAN KECAMATAN LINTAU BUO KABUPATEN TANAH DATAR
Abstract
The problem in this research is a lack of the environment utilization as learningresources for students in learning, it makes them tend to get bored in class. One
reason is the lack of teacherÔǃs competence in using the environment as a learning
resource. This type of research is a School Action Research. The research procedure
consisted of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The data were
obtained from the assessment of teacher competence by using the environment as a
learning resource through the guidance of the principal at SDN 47 Pangian Lintau
Buo District of Tanah Datar. The results showes that the competence of teachers
using the environment as a learning resource through the guidance of the Principal
with the average results of the assessment was 95%. The principal activities in
conducting guidance was 100%. The teachers activities was 94%. The results of the
analysis shows that the guidance of the Principal can improve teacher competence in
using the environment as a learning resource in SDN 47 Pangian Lintau Buo District
of Tanah Datar.
