COMPLIANCE OF THE CHILDREN RIGHTS AS AN EFFORT TO PREPARE THE GOLDEN GENERATION 2045

Abstract

This paper is motivated by the government's efforts to prepare for the golden
generation of 2045 in conjunction with the age of 100 years of Indonesia, which in
the period of 2012 through 2035 the Indonesian nation blessed with the potential of
human resources in the form of productive age population enormous number. During
that period, the next generation is at a point that is very productive, very valuable
and very valuable, so it needs to be managed and utilized properly in order to be a
qualified person, intelligent and competitive. Various efforts began in both the level
of concept and application, in order to prepare for the golden generation. Correcting
the learning model, revamping infrastructure, allocating sufficient funds for
education, including early childhood education intensified. Everything was done so
that the concept of the golden generation as the generation of energetic, independent,
multi talented, intelligent and have a good spiritual can be realized. But besides
preparing these things, the most important is by preparing them as individuals who
are physically fit and mentally. Physical and mental health will be achieved if the
rights of the child are met to the fullest and they are protected from violations of the
rights of children, as instructed in the law No. 23 of 2002 jo Law No. 35 of 2014.
Therefore, when children's rights are fulfilled and the violation of the child can be
minimized and even eliminated, of course, the golden generation of energetic, multi
talented, active and spiritual dreams to our common progress and prosperity of the
Indonesian can be realized.
