Abstract

The psichlogical effect of individual after disaster that cannot be predicted such as flood, fires, tornado, earthquake and ÔÇ£accidentÔÇØ , must be helped so they can rise and embrace their self, in order to avoid experiencing such elevated levels of intense stress. The effort for that, can be done or implemented by the comprehensive model of developmental guidance and counseling programs; with four components, they are: guidance curriculum or the basic service, responsive service, individual planning or self development, and system support
