PENERAPAN ASAS KEPASTIAN HUKUM DALAM PERJANJIAN KERJA WAKTU TERTENTU PADA PERUSAHAAN MIGAS BERDASARKAN PERATURAN PERUNDANGAN-UNDANGAN
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to analyze how and the legal consequences of the application of the principle of legal certainty in a certain time work agreement at an oil and gas company based on the statutory regulations. By using research methods that are normative. So it can be concluded, that the application of the principle of legal certainty in a certain time work agreement at an oil and gas company based on the laws and regulations has not been going well, because in a certain time work agreement made between the worker/ laborer and this labor service provider company, where the worker Workers who are under the Employment Service Provider Company will be hired to another company that provides employment to the Company. Even though you work for a company that provides employment, all responsibilities for employees rest with the Company.
