Abstract

Hospitals have an important meaning in providing health services and medical services. Health services in hospitals are important and must be maintained or improved in quality according to applicable service standards so that people as recipients of services can feel the health services provided. Calling a doctor is a form of health service, so if it is proven that a doctor has made a medical mistake, the hospital is also responsible for the doctor's mistake. Because hospitals and doctors have a legal relationship that is equally responsible for the health services provided to patients. The form of accountability can be in the form of criminal legal responsibility, civil legal responsibility, administrative legal responsibility
