WANPRESTASI DEBITUR TERHADAP PERJANJIAN KREDIT PADA PERBANKAN
Abstract
Credit is an agreement to borrow and borrow money, if the debtor is unable to pay off the debt after the period has expired, it is a default. Default or broken promise is an event or condition in which one of the parties does not fulfill the obligations or achievements in the relationship properly. Seeing the fact that there are still many debtors who do not fulfill their obligations on time as they should, causing the debtor to default and the occurrence of bad loans. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the debtor's default on credit agreements in banking. The method that the author uses in this article is to use a normative case study. The result of this study is that the actions taken by the debtor are jammed to the detriment of all parties involved in it and the debtor must bear the actions he has committed in accordance with applicable law.References
