AKIBAT HUKUM BAGI PERUSAHAAN INVESTASI YANG TIDAK MAU BERTANGGUNG JAWAB
Abstract
The number of victims of this fictitious investment and experiencing losses that are not used in accordance with the agreement, the victim should get a refund of the investment funds that are not used in accordance with the agreement. But in fact the victim did not get the investment funds that had been deposited in accordance with the agreement. This research is a type of normative legal research, which discusses the legal consequences for investment companies that do not want to be responsible. The research approach used is the statute approach, the case approach, and the analytical approach used to examine and analyze government regulations that are inconsistent between one article and another. Based on the principle of transparency, legal consequences for investment companies that do not want to be responsible can have their business licenses or legal entities revoked.References
