PENGARUH ETHICAL LEADERSIP TERHADAP TERJADINYA KNOWLEDGE HIDING DAN TIMBULNYA EMPLOYEES SILENCE PARA KARYAWAN DINAS PENDIDIKAN DAN OLAHRAGA KABUPATEN ROKAN HULU
Abstract
In this study, deepen the evidence that ethical leadership is a big influence in an organization. This study directly found that ethical leadership has a positive effect on knowledge hiding. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of individual, ethical characteristics on the occurrence of Knowledge Hiding and the Emergence of Employess Silence in the employees of the Education and Sports Office of Rokan Hulu Regency. This research is a survey research with 64 respondents. Data collection was done by questionnaire and data analysis using descriptive statistics and SEM-PLS analysis. The results show that individual characteristics have a significant effect on Ethical Leadership, there is a significant effect of organizational support on Knowledge and there is a significant influence on the Employess Silence pattern on employee competence in the District Education and Sports Office of Rokan Hulu Regency.
