EMPOWERMENT OF HOUSEHOLD MOTHERS THROUGH TRAINING ACTIVITIES AND ORGANIC VEGETABLE SEEDS CULTIVATION IN MALANG CITY
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to empower housewives through training activities and mentoring of organic vegetable cultivation in Malang. The subjects of researchare housewives in Malang. The 100 housewives who represent five districts in Malang are deliberately selected. Data collected through literature review, interview,  observation, test, and quesstionnaire. To analyze the data, descriptive statistical analysiswas used. The results concluded that training activities and mentoring of organic vegetable cultivation have succeeded in increasing the knowledge, the attitude and the skill of housewives on organic vegetable cultivation.
