WAKAF TUNAI DAN PRODUKTIF PERSPEKTIF HUKUM EKONOMI ISLAM
Abstract
This paper discusses the position of cash and productive waqfs according to fiqh (sharia economic law) and is associated with Indonesia. In addition, it also discusses the development of the study of how important and cash-and-productive waqf practices in Indonesia are. In Indonesia there is already an official rule about waqf and already contained in it the arrangement of this cash waqf. Likewise has been found the assessment both legally and ilmiyah against this cash waqf. This cash and cash donation is actually an effort to develop the wakaf property to be more efficient and more useful. This study aims to be accepted and developed this cash waqf in the teachings of Islam. This study is very important in order to see its compatibility with the purpose of wakaf itself and the general purpose of Islamic law so that it can realize the social welfare of the Muslim community.
