Abstract

The character formation of learners is the responsibility of all parties in the school (school community) and parties outside of school (parents, community and so on). This situation is due to the correlation between the fulfillment of the needs of learners with the formation of character, which can be assumed that "when the fulfillment of needs can be realized then the positive impact of fulfillment can be realized (the formation of positive characters)". The role of teacher guidance and counseling can help learners in finding ways to realize the fulfillment of the needs of learners. Teacher BK through counseling and guidance services will be able to provide solutions and advice in the effort to meet the needs of learners.
