Manajemen Perpustakaan Sebagai Pendorong Pendidikan Berkualitas Di Indonesia Menuju SDGs 2030
Abstract
This study analyzes the strategic role of library management in supporting the achievement of Quality Education (Sustainable Development Goal 4/SDGs 4) in Indonesia towards 2030. Libraries, as centers of intellectual and literacy resources, play a crucial role by providing access to information, learning facilities, and literacy programs that improve people's reading and learning skills. Achieving the 2030 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) , particularly the fourth goal on quality education, demands an inclusive and sustainable strategy. Libraries, as sources of formal and informal learning, have a strategic role in achieving these targets. This article examines library management as a driver of quality education in Indonesia using qualitative research methods and library research. The study results indicate that effective library management, including collection planning, service development, librarian training, and digitalization, contributes significantly to improving literacy, lifelong learning , and achieving the 2030 SDGs targets. Strategic recommendations are presented to strengthen the role of libraries in the national education system
