This study aims to analyze the implementation of inclusive services at the Library of Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto as an effort to provide equitable access to information for all users, including persons with disabilities. The study is motivated by the importance of libraries as information institutions that not only provide collections but also ensure accessibility and user-friendly services for diverse communities. This research employed a qualitative descriptive approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews with librarians and library users, and documentation of inclusive service facilities available in the library. The findings indicate that the library has provided various accessibility facilities, such as ramps and Braille collections, supported by librarians who actively assist users in accessing information and library services. The utilization of inclusive services is predominantly related to physical accessibility facilities rather than Braille collections. In addition, several challenges remain, particularly regarding digital services that have not yet fully accommodated the needs of users with disabilities. The study reveals that the success of inclusive library services is influenced not only by the availability of physical facilities but also by the quality of librarian assistance, technological support, and the library’s ability to respond to users’ needs. Therefore, continuous development of inclusive services is essential to create an open, adaptive, and accessible library environment for all members of society.
