Politik Islam is a journal published by Universitas Islam Negeri Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar. This journal organized by the Department of Islamic Political Thought.
The focus of this journal is all matters relating to the discussion of politics in general and Islamic politics related to local, national and international politics. Specifically, the discussion deals with various themes, starting from political thinking, democracy, foreign policy, conflict and security, regional autonomy, general elections, political parties, comparative politics, political communication, political psychology, issues of the Islamic world and Islamic politics.
Politik Islam is published twice a year in June and December
