EFEKTIVITAS PROGRAM USAHA PENINGKATAN PENDAPATAN KELUARGA-PEMBERDAYAAN DAN KESEJAHTERAAN KELUARGA (UP2K-PKK) DALAM MENINGKATKAN PENDAPATAN KELUARGA

Program UP2K-PKK merupakan program yang dikhususkan oleh pemerintah untuk menanggulangi kemiskinan khususnya bagi kaum perempuan. Program ini memiliki tujuan  untuk mengembangkan kegiatan usaha para anggotanya baik usaha perorangan, keluarga maupun usaha kelompok yang nantinya bisa berkembang menjadi usaha yang lebih baik dan dapat sekaligus membantu meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga dengan cara membina dan memotivasi para anggota UP2K-PKK agar bisa mengembangkan usaha mereka sehingga nantinya bisa menjadi seorang wirausahawan. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini untuk menganalisis mekanisme dan efektivitas dari Program Usaha Peningkatan Pendapatan Keluarga-Pemberdayaan dan Kesejahteraan Keluarga (UP2K-PKK) Nagari Kubang Putiah Kecamatan Banuhampu Kabupaten Agam dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian lapangan (field research) dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini adalah 9 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, wawancara dan studi kepustakaan. Metode analisis data yaitu mengumpulkan, mengolah, menyajikan dan menjabarkan hasil penelitian. Penelitian ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa program UP2K-PKK Nagari Kubang Putiah dilihat dari mekanisme kegiatan dan indikator efektivitasnya dapat dikatakan efektif dalam meningkatkan pendapatan keluarga walaupun masih belum berhasil pada indikator ketepatan waktunyaReferences
