ANALISIS KEPATUHAN SYARIAH TRANSAKSI VENDING MACHINE PERSPEKTIF FIQH MUAMALAH DAN FATWA DSN MUI TENTANG JUAL BELI

 This research aims to describe the legality of vending machine transactions from the perspective of fiqh muamalah, by referring to the Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN MUI). The research method used is a literature study to analyze Islamic legal concepts related to buying and selling as well as a review of the DSN MUI fatwa regarding vending machine transactions. The research results show that vending machine transactions can be considered valid in Islam because they fulfill the buying and selling requirements stipulated in sharia, including the existence of an agreement between the seller and the buyer. This research contributes to understanding the application of Islamic legal principles in the context of modern technology such as vending machines.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keabsahan transaksi vending machine dari perspektif fiqh muamalah, dengan mengacu pada Fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN MUI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi literatur untuk menganalisis konsep-konsep hukum Islam terkait jual beli serta tinjauan fatwa DSN MUI terkait transaksi vending machine. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa transaksi vending machine dapat dianggap sah dalam Islam karena memenuhi syarat-syarat jual beli yang ditetapkan dalam syariah, termasuk adanya kesepakatan antara penjual dan pembeli. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami aplikasi prinsip-prinsip hukum Islam dalam konteks teknologi modern seperti vending machine.
