Analisis Penerapan Digital Payment (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) Untuk Kemudahan Transaksi (Umkm Kuliner Kota Bukittinggi)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis penerapan digital payment system (Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard) ini dalam kemudahan transaksi dan juga menggunakan teori technology acceptance model dari disertasi oleh davis pada tahun 1989. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa informan merasa terbantu dengan kendala pembeli yang membayar dengan uang besar seperti seratus ribu dan lima puluh ribu untuk kembalian kadang ada dan tidak ada. Dari temuan yang diperoleh untuk kemudahan transaksi pelaku usaha merasakan dampak manfaat seperti efektivitas tetapi dalam hal menaikkan pendapatan beragam sudut pandang ada yang merasakan pendapatannya biasa-biasa saja dan ada juga yang merasakan ada peningkatan. Kontribusi penelitian Sebagai bahan untuk menambah wawasan dan pengetahuan perihal penerapan digital payment system untuk kemudahan transaksi bagi umkm kuliner, sehingga dapat dijadikan informasi bagi yang ingin menggunakan digital payment system sebagai kemudahan transaksi dalam mengelola usaha yang sedang dijalani. Bagi pihak bank agar menjadi rujukan untuk meningkatkan layanan yang dimiliki.
