A Social media is a new trend that can provide extensive knowledge to each user. One example is the TikTok application. This application can provide various education for its users, such as Islamic content, advice, and reflection. However, the problem found is that the majority of TikTok social media users misuse it so there is a shift in the function that should be able to provide benefits but the opposite is the negative impact of Islamic values influenced by the TikTok algorithm, which should present a lot of Islamic content. Therefore, this study aims to see the influence of the TikTok application on the resilience of Islamic values in Generation Z and review the Qur'an. There are 3 Islamic values raised in this study, namely 1) Know, 2) Responsibility, and 3) Tolerance. The research method is an experiment with a one-group pre-test and post-test design, which provides 4 treatments using the Tiktok application by controlling the Islamic-nuance viewing algorithm. The sample of this study was 6th-semester Elementary Madrasah Teacher Education students at UIN Mahmud Yunus Batusangkar with a total of 154 students who were in generation Z. The data analysis technique in this study used the Simple Regression t-test with the results of the study showing that at the pre-test stage, the level of resilience of Islamic values in students was 64.03% and after being treated using the Tiktok application, a score of 73.39% was obtained, so there was a shift in students' Islamic values from the pre-test to the post-test of 9.36%, based on these results it can be concluded that the TikTok application is one of the applications that can maintain Islamic values in generation Z with the note that there needs to be control over its viewing. The results of the author's review in the Al-Quran concluded that social media is also a positive means for humanity such as a means of spreading goodness and Islamic law explained in the letter Fussilat: 33, as a means of spreading information and truth explained in the letter Al-Baqarah: 42, and as a medium for education and knowledge explained in the letter QS.
