This fee covers the standard publishing process, including editorial management, peer review coordination, basic copyediting, layout formatting, online publication, and long-term digital archiving.

Please note that this publication fee does not include professional proofreading services or major/substantive editing. Manuscripts that require extensive language revision, structural improvement, or major content editing may be returned to the author for revision or may require additional services arranged independently by the author.

By supporting this publication fee, authors contribute to maintaining high academic standards and ensuring the wide dissemination of research findings. All articles published in IJECER are made immediately and permanently open access, allowing unrestricted reading and downloading by the global scholarly community without financial barriers.
