SISTEMASI WISATA HALAL : STUDI KRITIS FATWA DSN MUI NOMOR 108 TAHUN 2016

Studi ini untuk melihat perkembangan potensi dan strategi industri Wisata halal di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian library recearch, pengumpulan data bergantung pada bahan-bahan perpustakaan yang relevan dengan masalah yang dibahas. Data utama yang dikumpulkan berupa data skunder dalam bentuk peraturan, buku-buku, jurnal yang menjadi afiliasi dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa konsep wisata halal di Indonesia mulai diperkenalkan pada tahun 1975, bersamaan dengan pembentukan MUI yang menjadi pionir sertifikasi halal. Selanjutnya pemerintah merilis panduan wisata syariah dan mencanangkan  destinasi wisata syariah pada Indonesia yaitu NTB, Nanggore Aceh Darussalam, Lampung, Jawa Tengah, Banten, Sumatera Barat, Riau, DKI Jakarta, Jawa Barat, Yogyakarta, Jawa Timur, Sulawesi Selatan dan  Bali. Sejalan dengan perkembangan ekonomi syariah pada Indonesia, sektor wisata halal juga mulai mengalami perkembangan. Tahun berikutnya agunan hukum produk halal telah disahkan. Hal ini semakin mempertegas langkah pemerintah mengembangkan wisata halal. Namun pemerintah harus juga memperhatikan keselarasan Syariah dengan realitas yang ada. Karena masih banyaknya Wisata yang brandingnya Syariah akan tetapi dalam penerapan masih ditemukan banyak hal yang tidak sesuai dengan Wisata Halal itu sendiri.
