Trends And Bibliometric Analysis of Digital Leadership Research: a Scopus-Based Study

This study aims to see and analyze the trend of scientific papers published in Scopus regarding digital leadership. The research method uses a literature review, especially using bibliometrics. Data retrieval was obtained from the Scopus web using the keyword "Digital Leadership' from 2020-2024, so that 1,334 articles were obtained. Data analysis used bibliometrics by utilizing Vosviewer software. The results of the study in 2020 obtained 154 articles and 2024 had a total of 424 documents. The highest citation related to documents was the research results of Nuaimi et al with 266 times. The name of the author who published the most articles was Kanste, 0 with 7 documents. Document 249 has been published by the United States. The development of scientific papers on digital leadership has increased from 2020 to 2024, and many are published in international journals. Digital leadership is very important in today's era, to adapt to change and utilize technology quickly in various sectors, including government, digital leadership is needed. The presence of digital leaders plays a role in accelerating the transformation process in an organization. Digital leadership plays a role in creating future leaders who are able to lead organizations to success amidst technological developments. The results of this study are expected to be utilized by further researchers, especially in related fields of science.
