PENTINGNYA KEBERLANJUTAN KEARIFAN LOKAL DALAM ERA GLOBALISASI

Abstract


Pada era globalisasi yang ditandai dengan pesatnya perkembangan teknologi dan internet seperti sekarang ini dapat dengan mudah mempengaruhi keberlanjutan dari kearifan lokal. Pengaruh globalisasi ini tidak jarang juga sering membuat kearifan lokal menjadi terabaikan. Oleh sebab itu kearifan lokal harus tetap dijaga dan juga dileastarikan di dalam era globalisasi ini. Banyak cara yang bisa digunakan agar kearifan lokal tetap terjaga salah satunya dengan masyarakat sendiri harus turun tangan langsung dengan mengadakan acara-acara adat kebudayaan masing-masing serta memperkenalkan nya ke dunia luar. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk bagaimana pentingnya menjaga dan melestarikan kearifan lokal di tengah-tengah era globalisasi yang serba teknologi seperti sekarang ini. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif berorientasi eksploratif yang berusaha menganalisis masalah penelitian dari sumber bacaan dengan menerapkan analisis isi. Peneliti menggunakan penelitian kualitatif untuk mengkaji hasil penelitian terdahulu dan untuk menginterpretasikan suatu fenomena secara ilmiah. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik dokumentasi dari berbagai jurnal, prosiding, berita online, dan buku-buku yang relevan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan bahwa dengan menjaga kearifan lokal di era globalisasi akan dapat membawa kemajuan teknologi, menjadikan budaya lokal yang positif serta untuk lebih memotivasi masyarakat untuk lebih menghargai dan melestarikan kearifan lokal dari daerah mereka masing-masing. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini adalah menunjukkan bahwa dengan menjaga kearifan lokal di tengah era globalisasi itu sangat penting dan banyak membawa dampak yang positif baik untuk masyarakat maupun negri. Keterbatasan dalam penelitian ini ialah peneliti hanya terfokus kepada cara menjaga kelestarian kearifan lokal di era globalisasi. Harapan peneliti terhadap peneliti selanjutnya agar bisa lebih mengembangkan dan menjelaskan secara detail dan jelas tentang bagaimana cara atau strategi untuk tetap mengembangkan kearifan lokal di tengah era globalisasi seperti sekarang ini.
