AKAD KARTU KREDIT SYARIAH: ANALISIS PERSPEKTIF HUKUM EKONOMI ISLAM

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis akad-akad yang dapat digunakan dalam produk syariah card. Metode penelitian menggunakan kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan Systematic Literature Review. Data dikumpulkan dari referensi literatur ilmiah, buku dan laporan dari lembaga resmi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa ada beberapa akad yang dapat dikombinasikan dalam produk syariah card. Bank Syariah Indonesia menerbitkan syariah card dengan menggunakan tiga akad yakni akad Kafalah, Qard dan Ijarah sesuai dengan aturan fatwa Dewan Syariah Nasional Majelis Ulama Indonesia (DSN-MUI). Sedangkan produk syariah card Bank Islam Malaysia menggunakan multiakad yang lebih dinamis yakni BayÔÇÖ al-Inah, Wadiah dan Qard al Hasan. Inovasi penggunakan akad terus dilakukan dengan pengembangan ada konsep baru syariah card berbasis Musyarakah dan Murabahah.References
