1. Authors retain the copyright of their work and grant ICON the right of first publication. The work is simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution–ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-SA 4.0), which permits others to share, copy, redistribute, adapt, and build upon the work for any purpose, including commercial use, provided that appropriate credit is given to the author(s) and the original publication in this journal is properly acknowledged.
2. This journal provides immediate open access to its content, based on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. All published Open Access articles are immediately and permanently free for everyone to read and download.
