Abstrak
Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengelolaan program unggulan bagurau di udaro di Radio Luhak Nan Tuo.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan usaha crew radio Luhak Nan Tuo dalam mengelola program unggulan bagurau di udaro. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif yaitu menjelaskan secara objektif tentang usaha crew dalam mengelola program Bagurau diudaro. Pengambilan data dilakukan dengan menganalisa data wawancara terhadap penyiar dan program director, observasi dan dokumentasi di lapangan dan membuat hasil kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa Crew Radio Luhak Nan Tuo dalam melaksanakan program agar tidak melenceng dan tetap diminati oleh masyarakat crew mengatur program tersebut mengunakan manajemen penyiaran. Manajemen penyiaran tersebut diantarannya yaitu Perencanaan (Planning), Pelaksanaan (Organizing), Pergerakan (Actuating), Pengawasan (Controlling).
