Educational financial management plays a crucial role in ensuring the availability of adequate resources to enhance the quality of education. In this context, data analysis and predictive techniques serve as essential tools for supporting effective budget planning. Through the application of data analytics and forecasting methods, educational institutions can detect financial patterns, anticipate future changes, and make more informed decisions regarding budget allocation. This study aims to explore the implementation of data analysis and predictive modeling in educational financial management to enhance budget planning processes. The research focuses on identifying suitable analytical methods, developing accurate predictive models, and integrating analytical outcomes into budgetary decision-making. A mixed-method approach, incorporating both quantitative and qualitative methodologies, is employed in this research. The findings indicate that data analysis and forecasting hold significant potential for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of financial management in education. With the application of appropriate data analysis techniques, institutions are able to uncover spending patterns, monitor financial trends, and identify key factors influencing budget outcomes. Furthermore, the development of predictive models enables more precise budget projections, which supports long-term planning and strategic financial decisions. In conclusion, this research underscores the value of data analysis and prediction as effective instruments in educational financial management. By employing the right analytical tools and constructing accurate forecasting models, educational institutions can enhance financial performance, optimize budget allocations, and better prepare for future financial needs.
