Youth Development in Prosecution Activities (Study at Baitul Makmur Mosque, Pisang Village, Pauh District, Padang City)

This study aims to find out the form of youth coaching in daÔÇÖwah activities at the Baitul Makmur Mosque, Pisang Village, Pauh District, Padang City, with a descriptive qualitative approach, as well as data collection techniques with in-depth interviews. This research is to answer three questions. 1. What is the form of training in the religious field, 2. What is the form of coaching in the social field, 3. What are the supporting factors and inhibiting factors for youth development activities in daÔÇÖwah activities at the Baitul Makmur mosque. This research shows that the development of adolescents in daÔÇÖwah activities at the Baitul Makmur Mosque is routinely carried out, in the religious field it is in the form of instilling the basic concept of the importance of aqidah, in matters of worship, mosque youth are guided on how to worship properly and correctly. Coaching in the social field in the form of increasing the spirit of cooperation and the spirit of mutual cooperation. The supporting factors for the development of mosque youth are the strategic location of the mosque, support from parents, and the provision of trust to mosque youth. The inhibiting factors in the development of mosque youth are lack of confidence, the existence of some people who do not fully believe in the ability of mosque youth, and the busyness or daily activities of teenagers.
